Remuneration of the Management Board

The remuneration of the WashTec AG management board as well as the structure of that remuneration are set by the supervisory board and regularly reviewed by it. In conformity with the Corporate Governance Code, the remuneration system is, as a whole, structured in such a way as to take account of the duties of the respective management board member, his personal performance, and the overall performance of the management board, as well as the Company's economic situation, success and perspectives for the future. The remuneration of the members of the management board comports with the statutory requirements of the German Stock Corporation Act [Aktiengesetz] as well as, to a substantial extent, with the recommendations and suggestions contained in the German Corporate Governance Code.
